Incepted in the year 1995, Jyoti Chemical, Nashik is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of HDPE, PP & LDPE (Plastic) Bottles, Containers and Jerry Cans with Cap, Plug & PVC Shrinkable Sleeves. These include HDPE Bottles, Pet Bottles, Shrinkable PVC sleeves and Aluminum Foils. Our range of bottles and containers is appreciated by the clients for chemical resistant, abrasion resistant, dimensional accuracy and optimum strength. Our range of bottles and containers is used for packaging of pesticides, paints, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, edible oil, lubricants and food & cosmetic.
We are well supported by a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that assists us in manufacturing quality HDPE, PP & LDPE (Plastic) Bottles and Containers. Spread over a sprawling area of 10,000 square feet, our unit is installed with requisite machines for the production process. Some of the machines installed in our unit include blow molding machine, injection moulding machine and container printing machine. Our unit has installed capacity of processing 2 M.T. per day. We are continuously progressing under the rich supervision of our owner, Mr. P. S. Shinde. BE by qualification, he has 16 years of experience in the field of plastic bottles and containers manufacturing. Capitalizing on his expertise, we are able to carve a niche for ourselves in the domain. Under his guidance, we also conduct quality tests based on the parameters of leak proof, chemical resistance, dimension accuracy and non-toxic.
